Zen Generation Nutrition offers free shipping on all orders over $50 and on all subscription orders.
All orders will receive shipping updates and you will be provided a tracking number upon shipping your order. If you have questions regarding our shipping, please contact us here.

Zenergy Monthly Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions of subscribing to Zen Gen Nutrition’s Zenergy Drink Mix. By subscribing, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Subscription Plans

Pricing: The subscription cost for each plan is as follows:

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date.
2. Payment Terms

Payment Method: All payments must be made via valid credit or debit card.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the subscription will be paused or terminated.
3. Cancellations

Canceling Your Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial billing periods. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of your subscription, please contact us by clicking here to receive a refund or exchange.
